Website and Platform Terms
These terms are a working operational draft and require attorney review before commercial enrollment or reliance as a complete subscription agreement.
Software role
Haulvori provides subscription software and related workflow tools. It is not a hauling company, consumer-service broker, employer of provider personnel, or party to service agreements between subscribers, customers, and independent providers unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement.
No booking from submission alone
A website form, application, RFQ, bid, waitlist request, or other submission is not a guaranteed quote, booking, provider approval, award, product enrollment, territory, or service agreement.
Provider review
Providers review customer photos and details and prepare their own quotes. Haulvori does not analyze photos to set prices, recommend labor, broker work, or award jobs.
Subscriptions
Haulvori offers one provider plan at $30 per month after an initial 3-calendar-month free period. Billing information and a valid payment method are required at completed subscription signup. The free period starts at that signup, and automatic monthly billing begins at its end unless cancelled. Applicable taxes may apply. The first billing date and recurring charge will be shown at checkout. Cancel before the free period ends to avoid the first charge, or before a later renewal to stop future charges. Contact support@haulvori.com for cancellation assistance. Creating a login or submitting an inquiry does not activate the subscription or start the free period. Secure subscription enrollment is not yet available.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful or unauthorized content; conceal hazardous material; infringe rights; upload malware; probe security; bypass access controls; misuse private links; scrape restricted data; impersonate another party; or use the platform to facilitate unsafe, deceptive, or illegal activity.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for accurate information, account and token security, appropriate permissions for uploaded content, lawful customer and provider communications, and compliance applicable to their own business and services.
Independent businesses
Subscribers and providers control their own personnel, pricing, vehicles, insurance, permits, taxes, safety, disposal, contracts, and performance. Platform access does not certify fitness for a particular job.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and pre-release functionality are provided without promises of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, specific results, revenue, or work volume. Binding warranty, liability, indemnity, dispute, governing-law, and arbitration provisions require attorney-approved subscription terms.

Customer-selected independent vendors
Customers—not Haulvori—choose which subscribed independent vendors receive an RFQ. Haulvori provides communication and workflow software only and does not recommend, rank, select, broker, or award vendors or jobs. Each vendor independently prepares its quote and controls its pricing, availability, scheduling, contracts, payments, licensing, insurance, safety, disposal practices, and service performance. Submission does not guarantee a response, quote, availability, price, or service outcome.
