Provider Application Terms
These application terms are an operational draft and require attorney review before they are used as a complete provider agreement.
No guarantee
Submitting an application, subscribing, or receiving approval does not guarantee RFQs, awards, work, revenue, territory, volume, ranking, or exclusivity.
Independent business
Applicants operate as independent businesses. Nothing in platform use creates employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, franchise, or authority to bind Haulvori or Crawford Group Holdings, LLC.
Accurate, authorized information
Applicants certify that submitted information and documents are accurate, current, authorized, and not misleading. Material changes—including cancelled or expired insurance, licensing changes, ownership changes, or loss of operating capacity—must be reported promptly.
Review is not certification
The platform can collect and display business, insurance, licensing, vehicle, and capacity information for administrative review. Approval does not promise that every fact was independently verified, that coverage applies to a specific loss, or that a provider is suitable for every job.
Provider responsibilities
Providers remain responsible for pricing, bid accuracy, taxes, employees and contractors, vehicles, equipment, permits, licensing, insurance, safety, customer-property protection, legal disposal, records, and service performance.
RFQs and sealed bids
Private invitations and related information may be used only to evaluate and bid on the identified opportunity. Customer information, photos, tokens, and bid information must be protected and may not be shared or repurposed. A bid is not an award; an award is not a customer contract unless the responsible parties execute the required agreement.
Network decisions
Access may be approved, rejected, limited, suspended, or revoked based on submitted information, risk, misuse, operational needs, or applicable platform rules. A separate attorney-reviewed agreement should govern fees, payments, confidentiality, data use, disputes, indemnity, termination, and job-specific obligations.

Independent SaaS workspace
Each vendor operates as an independent business and controls its profile, employees, services, coverage, communications, quotes, pricing, scheduling, contracts, payments, licensing, insurance, safety, disposal, and performance. Haulvori does not broker or award work, set or recommend prices, collect a commission or job margin, or guarantee RFQs, customers, quotes, availability, payment, or outcomes. A directory listing is not an endorsement, certification, or representation of qualification.
Attorney review recommended: These independent-business and platform provisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial promotion.
