Customer submits details and photos
A guided intake captures contact information, service location, scope notes, access conditions, preferred timing, and job images.
How it works
Haulvori structures information and workflow. The subscribing business makes the operational and commercial decisions.
A guided intake captures contact information, service location, scope notes, access conditions, preferred timing, and job images.
The platform stores operational data and files, creates a reference, and provides a private status link.
The business checks completeness, determines feasibility, and reviews the customer-supplied photos and details before preparing its own quote.
Customers choose subscribed providers from the directory. Their request goes to those providers, and each provider responds independently from its private workspace.
The subscriber approves pricing, chooses whether and how to fulfill the work, communicates the customer quote, and coordinates scheduling.
The responsible service business performs or coordinates the job under its own customer and provider agreements.
Clear roles
Haulvori does not haul items, enter the customer’s property, set the final service price, employ provider crews, or become a party to agreements between subscribers, customers, or independent providers unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Subscribers and providers remain responsible for licensing, insurance, personnel, safety, disposal, taxes, permits, and service performance applicable to their work.
