Privacy Policy
This policy describes information handled through Haulvori, a Crawford Group Holdings, LLC venture. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial launch.
Information we collect
Depending on the workflow, Haulvori may collect names, contact details, service locations, job descriptions, access details, preferred dates, photos, business information, service areas, vehicle and capacity information, insurance or licensing documents, bids, status history, device and security data, and communications.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the software, process requests and applications, support subscriber operations, manage authorized provider workflows, communicate, troubleshoot, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product.
Subscribers and independent providers
When a business uses Haulvori, that subscriber may receive or control information needed to run its operations. Independent providers may receive sanitized scope information before an award and additional job information when authorized. Their own privacy practices may also apply.
Photos and documents
Current uploads are stored in private object storage and are not intended to be public. Access is restricted through authorized workflows and private tokens. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information, images you lack permission to share, or unnecessary identification, financial, medical, or biometric information.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, storage, security, analytics, communications, support, or other vendors needed to operate Haulvori, and disclosed when required for safety, legal process, rights protection, a business transaction, or with authorization. Haulvori does not claim that it sells personal information.
Retention and security
Information may be retained as reasonably needed for operations, account administration, security, dispute handling, backups, and legal obligations. No security method is guaranteed. Private tracking links must be protected like confidential information.
Choices and contact
Subject to applicable law and operational exceptions, a person may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@haulvori.com. Identity and authority may need to be verified.
Children and changes
Haulvori is not directed to children. This policy may be updated, with the revised date shown above.
Customer-selected RFQ recipients
When a customer submits an RFQ, Haulvori transmits the submitted contact information, service location, scope, access notes, timing, and authorized photos only to the independent vendors the customer selected. Those vendors may contact the customer and handle the information under their own business practices and legal obligations. Haulvori does not transmit the RFQ to unselected vendors. Vendor workspaces and quotes are separated by authenticated tenant controls.
Customer photos remain in private storage and are not analyzed for volume or price by artificial intelligence. Photos are not attached to notification emails and are not published through public storage URLs.
